New colleague Michel Kropman joins ELS

Michel has a background in theoretical physics, experience in management consultancy, technological innovation and has gained experience in guiding groups of people as a travel guide during nature hikes in mountains all over the world. In the past years he has worked within the MSc course Academic Consultancy Training, both as a coach and as a course coordinator.

In my own professional career, I learned that to be ‘successful’ as a professional you need a lot more than knowledge alone. I became interested in the development of personal and professional skills that help people and organisations flourish. I am very happy to work in this field within ACT and as a skills teacher and hope to learn a lot (and contribute some) in this inspiring environment.
