Yesterday, our PhD Candidate Thi Hong Phuong Le presented her research with the content ‘Developing Adaptive Capacity in Times of Climate Change in Central Rural Vietnam: Exploring smallholders’ learning and governance’ to the prime minister of Vietnam Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, who was visiting our campus.
