ASCOBANS advice

This project provides advice on the implementation of Dutch policy with regard to the management of small cetaceans in the seas covered by the Agreement on the Conservation of Small Cetaceans of the Baltic, North East Atlantic, Irish and North Seas (ASCOBANS) and specifically on the obligations that the Netherlands has in its own coastal waters, including the Dutch Continental Shelf (NCP).
