De-stress with a free workout, meditation or yoga session at the Library

In close cooperation with Sport Centre de Bongerd and Spectrum (Student Platform & Chaplaincy) WUR Library is offering several free activities to help you relax during the upcoming study and exam week.

Short 20-minute workouts to boost your system and to re-energize you.

30-minute Yoga sessions to stretch your muscles, to raise your body awareness and to feel more relaxed. No yoga experience needed. Yoga mats will be provided.

45-minute meditation sessions, to quite your mind and to relax and embrace silience.

All sessions will be led by qualified instructors of Sport Centre de Bongerd and Spectrum (Student Platform & Chaplaincy). The activities will take place in the Forum Library and are free for WUR Students. Gather & sign up at the lending desk in Forum Library 10 minutes before the start of each session.
