Mindful Thursdays in Forum Library

Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Every first Thursday of the month WUR Library will be offering a free Mindfulness workshop.

This 45-minute mindfulness meditation is a great way to quite your mind and to relax and embrace silence.

The workshop will be led by qualified instructors of Spectrum (Student Platform & Chaplaincy) and is free for WUR students and staff.

No need to register in advance, just go to Forum Library, room 466, 15 minutes before the start of the workshop.
