Symposia and conferences
The focus of the anniversary year was the 100 years of research and education from Wageningen University & Research. We are at the top internationally and that makes us proud. We organised symposia, lunch lectures, workshops, and discussions on the three central themes of life, food, and earth.
During these diverse events, a large number of Wageningen topics were discussed by nationally and internationally renowned researchers and of course, our own people. In some cases, new ideas and critical questions led to new insights into major issues such as climate and the world food problem.
