At the same time, highly capitalized agriculture production systems coexist with medium and small peasant farms. Scale and diversity makes Argentina an ideal "lab" for global agricultural research im defying issues like GMOs impacts; herbicide resistant weeds; agrochemical contamination issues, big scale agro-ecology, some plant and animal diseases; pest resistant to insecticides; precision agriculture in big farms, etc. INTA is the ideal partner for European institutions wishing to work in joint research projects.
