Training course
From Procrastination to Action! - Van uitstel naar actie!
* TRAINING IN DUTCH *
You know you need to study, but all sorts of other things suddenly seem more fun or important. And after a few hours of watching YouTube videos or scanning social media... you put off studying until tomorrow. And then you find yourself hating yourself and struggling to pass your exams. Recognisable?
Procrastination is actually quite normal - everyone does it - although it is annoying. But, with a little effort, you can tackle this just fine and study a lot more relaxed.
Do you want to learn how to master your procrastination and how to spend your time more effectively? To prioritise your time-management, make effective choices and then plan appropriately? Read on...
During the training you will develop a new study routine, but it will not happen by itself. Success strongly depends on your own willingness to invest in it.
