Fixed effects panel data regression is used to analyse 12231 SET-scores regarding lecturers in the academic years 2007-2008 up and until 2014-2015. The results show that the UTQ-programme has a very small positive effect on course SET-scores of only 0.05 (one to five scale) for all lecturers. The effect on presentation SET-score is reasonable, 0.2 (on a scale of one to five) for all lecturers. Lecturers who are new at Wageningen University benefit less from the UTQ-programme compared to all lecturers. Besides these main conclusions the analysis shows that SET-scores are affected by several variables such as course level and period taught.
