Henk Ovink is the Netherlands first ‘special envoy for water’ appointed in 2015 by the Dutch government. His task is to strengthen the relations of the Netherlands with other countries in the field of water management. “Too much, too little or too dirty: water affects all three domains of Wageningen University and Research: Food, Living Environment and Society. The Netherlands’ special envoy for water – Henk Ovink – will share his views on the risks and rewards that are connected with water.
