About the speakers
Dr. Ingrid van der Meer is currently heading the department Bioscience at Wageningen University & Research. Ingrid initiated and coordinates a large research program on duckweed as new plant protein source.
Prof. Dr. Atze Jan van der Goot leads a research team at Wageningen University & Research that focusses on the development of novel processing concepts for healthy and sustainable food. He is also the scientific leader of the Plant Meat Matters research program.
