Would you like to know more about the future of sustainable protein? In this webinar, prominent experts from Wageningen University & Research will introduce you to two different approaches to this issue: the production of plant-based meat substitutes and the development of new forms of protein in the form of novel foods.  The webinar will also provide inspiring insights on our way to the ReThink Protein Challenge’2.

About the speakers

​​​​​​​​​​Dr. Ingrid van der Meer is currently heading the department Bioscience at Wageningen University & Research. Ingrid initiated and coordinates a large research program on duckweed as new plant protein source.

Prof. Dr. Atze Jan van der Goot leads a research team at Wageningen University & Research that focusses on the development of novel processing concepts for healthy and sustainable food. He is also the scientific leader of the Plant Meat Matters research program.
