The Alumni Chapter Belgium, together with Team Alumni Relations, is happy to invite you to the next alumni event in Brussels. About Ilaria De Simone

Ilaria De Simone is a Food Safety Regulatory Affairs Manager working in public affairs as part of the Government Affairs team at Bunge. She holds a Master’s degree in Food Safety from Wageningen University. After starting her career as a microbiologist at Coca-Cola, she completed an MBA-equivalent in Management of Food and Beverage Enterprises. Passionate about cooking, she even made it to the selections for MasterChef Italia. Today, she combines her love for food with her professional expertise, focusing on regulatory strategy and stakeholder engagement to help shape a safer and more sustainable food system.
