Annual NCG Symposium
This year's symposium will be a fully physical meeting at the Hotel WICC, Lawickse Allee 9, Wageningen.
The symposium is free of charge and intended for all researchers and students of Dutch universities, academies, companies, government agencies and institutes that are active in the field of geodesy, geo-informatics and geo-information science and for professionals from the commercial and operative areas in these fields.
This invitation is directed specifically at active researchers in the field, including doctoral students and postdocs, with the aim to facilitate the exchange and discussion about research results and activities in the themes listed below. Recently graduated MSc students are also welcome to present. This year, both the Baarda Lecture and the Tienstra Research Prize are included in the plenary programme.
For your presentation, we would like to invite you to submit the title, author name and a short summary (about 5-10 lines with 1 or 2 illustrations) by 1 April 2022. For your convenience, a template can be found at the end of this document.
The contributions received will be assessed by the program committee and upon acceptance, the authors will be notified about the allocated time slot for their presentation before 15 April.
The symposium includes all active research activities in the domain of the geodesy, geo-informatics and geo-information science. We especially ask for presentations on the following themes:

- Spatial Modelling
- Location-based services
- Spatial analysis of land subsidence & sea level change
- Spatial methods for precision farming, forestry and environment
- Geo education
- Geo artificial intelligence (GeoAI)
- Geodesign

Registration for the Symposium is already possible and is mandatory for speakers and participants. You can register by sending your name and organisation/educational institution in an e-mail with subject 'NCG2022 registration' to antoinette.stoffers@wur.nl.
