Reach your goals step by step

In this training course you will learn how to put your goals into practice. One way to do this is to implement monthly actions, weekly routines and daily habits, so you get a tiny bit better every day.

You will learn how to carry out meaningful habits and you will experience how small changes in your daily life can lead you to your bigger goals step by step.

Workshop 1: Routinising your goals

What are routines? How does your brain handle routines and how can you make them stick?

Workshop 2: Refining your routines

Together we will reflect on our routines. What worked for you and what needs adaptation? Also we will add new routines

Workshop 3: Reflection and future plans
