Finale Ideal Burger Challenge

High school students from all over the world took the challenge to create and promote a yummie plantbased burger! They followed science lectures by students of Wageningen University and started baking with special food tech ingredients. In this session, six selected groups will present their burger and its uniqueness. Using local ingredients and keeping local promotion in mind. With participants from Ghana, Honduras and the Netherlands.
