Excursion

Food crops: from wild species to tasty vegetables

With the help of plant expert Roel Lemmens, we explore the wild relatives of our vegetables and other food crops. How did supermarket vegetables evolve from such plants? The excursion concludes with a tour of the CGN-Plant gene bank, where the diversity of plant genetic resources is safeguarded.
