Innovative teachers based in Sweden, the Netherlands and USA will explain how they use and integrate the Global Challenge in high school education. This workshop is organized by four Youth Institutes of the World Food Prize Foundation. The Youth Institutes are connected to the following universities:
- Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (Sweden)
- University of Minnesota (USA)
- Rutgers University (USA)
- Wageningen University & Research (Netherlands)
Wageningen Youth Institute invites high school students throughout the whole world to participate in the Global Challenge of the World Food Prize Foundation. To participate the students will write a short essay about a global challenge. If the student is selected at the finals in March 2023, he or she will be eligible to attend the Global Youth Institute in October 2023 in Des Moines, USA. Either online or in person.
There are no participation costs.
