HARPY BEATS plays in Impulse!
The gifted harpist Arnold Lugo from Colombia plays together with the all-round percussionist Sampoerna Soekhram originally from Suriname. A little journey through the Caribbean and South America with jazzy bossa nova, South American folk songs and of course the other famous Latin dance music. Arnold and Sampoerna play together in different music bands and are attuned to each other.
When you hear them play you realize that both their roots lie over there. The pleasant warm sound of the harp gets strengthens in combination with the Latin rhythmic percussion. It’s a very complete complementary sound. So you want to enjoy a sultry lunch in Latin atmosphere, despite the winter season?
