Qualities of men and women consciously used
The workshop 'Gender bias' is for anyone who wants to gain insight into the masculine and feminine rules of the game. Not to adapt and to show different behaviour, but to gain more insight and appreciation for the female qualities in particular. More insight into the profit of using different qualities leads to more women in higher positions and better results.
The unwritten rules within organizations and the way in which they are used are masculine. Whether it's about making a career from simply doing your job effectively. The unwritten rules deviate from the way it is custom to play the game. And that is a start. For women, it ultimately leads to incomprehension: 'What is happening here?' and 'How is it possible'.
But men are often also not aware of the rules of the game. It is now the way it should be done. They also have images of action and the way in which things are worked out, such as: 'You should profile your giving better' or 'You should go back to your goals and ask again'. Organizations that are able to become aware of the qualities of men and women in creating a culture in which more seen and valued and better business results are achieved.
