Antibiotic use in livestock in the Netherlands: changes in socio-technical imaginaries over time

Antibiotic resistance is currently discussed as a global issue in need of a 'One Health' approach, with a decrease in the use of antibiotics as one of the main solutions. However, framing antibiotic use in a negative way is a recent development. How has antibiotic use changed from a 'solution to many diseases' to 'something to be avoided' in livestock? The literature review consists of identifying changes in the imaginaries or frames over time (1980s-2020).
