Analysis of an adaptive learning programme for health care professionals
In the North of the Netherlands an action research project has taken place. Its aim was to close the gap between the rehabilitation clinic and home. To this end, professionals were trained to become a 'home & placemaking' coach. They care for their clients to feel at home rather than functional recovery, and therapy adherence. While experimenting with this new practice the coaches challenge the fixed professional boundaries and the norms of good professional practices in rehabilitation care.
Transcripts of the learning sessions are available for analysis. The student will start with developing a specific research question and related analytical framework on the basis of a literature review. After that the transcripts will be analysed.
