Career Coach

Career Coach Elizabeth Oenema is a certified professional coach. She is experienced in guiding students. She will support students and recent graduates with questions or concerns related to job searching or finding the right career path. In a confidential setting you will sit down with her and discuss questions, doubts or struggles you may face.

With an open mind and a non-judgmental approach, she will analyze the situation, use coaching interventions to create (more)self-awareness, reflect on behavior in order to help you grow and gain trust and confidence.

The coaching can include the following topics:

• Determine your work values and/or life values
• 360 degree feedback
• Branding yourself
• Strategy to explore the labor market
• Practice a job interview (STAR method)
