Climate governance in action
Climate change adaptation and mitigation activities are part of complex change processes. These require the involvement of many stakeholders (e.g. local communities, businesses, scientists, policymakers, extension workers, media and civil society organisations) and a willingness to change practices and norms.
In a 3 weeks course Wageningen University & Research strengthens capacity of practitioners and professionals. They learn about climate trends, adaptation actions to protect food systems and livelihoods, how to create incentives for action and explore governance challenges. Shared learning and out of the box thinking are encouraged.
