Evaluation Courses Organic Farming in the Mpongwe district 2013-2020

From 2013-2020 GKMT has offered various courses in Organic farming to small scale farmers and young people in the Mpongwe district. Part-time and full time courses. To this end, GKMT has drawn up various documents and has collected evaluation data at various moments in the training process. These data require an objective analysis and interpretation in order to arrive at an integral report.

Objectives of this assignment:

•To provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of the courses, their alignment with the plans and curriculum.
•To get insights in the perceptions of the participants about the impact of the courses on individual level, family level, community level and district level.

Background

‘Geef de kinderen van Mpongwe een toekomst’ (GKMT) is a Dutch NGO with a Zambian counterpart named GCMF, which is the English abbreviation of the same name.
Through its activities, GKMT and GCMF strive to contribute to poverty reduction, sustainable development and the creation of development opportunities in the Mpongwe district.
GCMF in cooperation with GKMT have offered various training in Organic farming and general Agriculture to small scale farmers and young people in the Mpongwe district.
