Most of the time we get a request from a department or team to gain insights in the experience and needs of students and/or teachers. Together we will identify their question and match it with one of our qualitative methods to answer the question. After approval of the proposed method, we will carry it out together. In the sessions we make use of various methods such as Design Thinking, Awareness Mapping, and Customer Journey Mapping to explore these topics in depth.

🧩 Session structure
- Activities: Engage in structured discussions and creative and interactive exercises.
- Facilitation: Guided by trained facilitators to ensure productive outcomes.
- Participants: Students, teachers, or study advisers or a mixed group.
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours during lunch breaks.

📊 Analysis & reporting
Post-session, our analysts synthesize the collected data into comprehensive reports featuring visualizations and key insights. These reports are shared with relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making and policy development.
📬 Feedback loop
Participants receive the same summarized reports of the session outcomes via email, ensuring transparency and acknowledging their contributions. We also follow up with stakeholders after one year to assess the impact of implemented changes.
