Gender corner
Often, we unconsciously divide the world into two genders, male and female. However, there is a way to view the world and use language in a more inclusive manner beyond this binary. Have you heard about gender-inclusive language and pronouns? Are you hesitant to use them for fear of making a mistake? Don't worry, we're here to assist you.
As part of the One World Week, SHOUT will be on campus to provide information on gender and inclusive language. The Gender Corner will be visiting Leeuwenborch on Monday, Forum on Tuesday, Orion on Wednesday, and Aurora on Friday during lunch breaks. Our volunteers will be available at the stand to answer all of your questions.
The Gender Corner will be open from 12:00 to 14:00.
