Registration (CLOSED)
Employers in the field of life sciences are invited to participate in the WUR Career Day. Next to a booth at the career fair, we offer employers the opportunity to conduct (orientation) interviews with our students. The Career Day is open to students and recent graduates from all study programs of Wageningen University & Research. At the Career Day, we hope to reach 600-800 students.
Introduce and promote your organisation
Career fair booth options
All participating organisations will have a booth at the career fair. We arrange tables, WiFi and electricity if needed. You can opt for:

Interview options
You can also opt for 1 on 1 orientation interviews students/graduates (for free). Interested students will be able to apply for an interview with your organisation via the WUR Career Platform (Jobteaser). Your organisation is responsible for reviewing and accepting/rejecting the applicants. Students Career Services is not involved in this process. We will arrange you a private room for the interviews, which you can use all day. If you are interested in this option, you can indicate this on the registration form.

With the Career Day, Wageningen University & Research supports all its students in finding a job or an internship. We aim to ensure a diverse variety of employers in different working fields. All employers (except for recruitment agencies) in the field of life sciences are welcome to register.
Please note: Registration is open until 13 May, but may close earlier if the event reaches full capacity.

Terms & conditions of registration
- Wageningen University & Research reserves the right to change program content, date and venue, due to unforeseen circumstances.
- After receiving the invoice, payment is required within 30 days.
- Cancellations need to be communicated to Student Career Services in a written format. Cancellations made before 16 October, 2024, with a minimum of 4-weeks’ notice, will incur a 50% charge of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event will result in a 100% charge of the registration fee.
- The information on our website about your organisation and your program during the event, is your own responsibility.
- Views expressed by speakers and facilitators are not necessarily those of Wageningen University & Research.
- Wageningen University & Research will endeavour to give you the opportunity to promote your company in a successful manner and to meet talented professionals in your branch.
- Wageningen University & Research may record and/or photograph your organisation for promotion purposes of this event, e.g. on our website or social media channels.
Recruitment agencies
The aim of the WUR Career Day is to provide a platform for employers and students to meet each other. With regard to the Career Day, we do not offer any services to recruitment agencies.
