Price description This includes the book “Insects as food and feed: from production to consumption”, other course materials, lunches, 2 dinners and a field trip to Thomas More, KU Leuven and the Insect Pilot Plant in Belgium. Target audience

This programme is designed for everybody with an interest in insects as food and feed protein sources. Professionals from both the private sector and the public sector are welcome as well as academics. The programme offers an engaging week of learning and networking with fellow professionals and experts in the field.

  • Explain the basic principles behind the factors that affect all processes in the insect production and consumption chain: rearing, handling, processing and consumption.
