Monitoring

As PhD candidate you are expected to have yearly evaluation meetings with your supervisor and/or promotor, the so-called “R&O” meetings. The university has built a system to help both parties guide this meeting, via the R&O form in the MyHR environment. However, there is a specialized document for WIMEK PhD candidates, which is more focussed towards the PhD program. Feel free to use this document, though we would recommend to discuss this with your supervisor(s) prior to your R&O meeting.
