How do I get access to the Financieele Dagblad?

Het Financieele Dagblad (FD) is a daily Dutch quality newspaper focusing on the economy and business. It reports on news and developments in business, finance, technology and economy. WUR employees and students have access to the entire digital archive from 1985 until present.

How to login

You can log in to Het Financieele Dagblad through Single Sign On by using your Wageningen University and Research email address and a different (non-WUR) password.

• Go to Het Financieel Dagblad in WUR Library Search.
• Click on the blue button 'View online'.
• Or go directly to: https://login.fd.nl/wur
• You will be redirected to the newspaper's online platform (fd.nl).
• Enter your WUR email address
• You may receive a 2F authentication request from WUR
• Create a personal FDMG account using your Wageningen University and Research email address and a different/unique password. You can use the suggested strong password.
• Click on 'Maak een account' aan.
• From now on, you will be automatically logged in every time you visit the FD website.

Use the FD app

With the FD App for smartphones and tablets you always have access to the FD's most important news as well as the paper's digital version.

• Download the app once, see this page.
• After downloading, open the app and log in once with your WUR e-mail address + your chosen password.
• If you haven't set a password yet, then first log in with your browser at Het Financieele Dagblad through WUR Library Search (see steps above).
• Go to MijnFD and select 'Wachtwoord wijzigen'
• Once you've set your password, you can open the FD app on your phone and log in.
