Reset your day in a positive way! Every first Thursday of the month you can join a mindfulness meditation in Forum Library.
This 45-minute mindfulness meditation is a great way to quite your mind and to relax and embrace silence.
The workshop will be led by qualified instructors of Spectrum (Student Platform & Chaplaincy) and is free for WUR students and staff. The next workshops will take place on 3 November and 1 December.
No need to register in advance, just walk in, but make sure to be on time.
