Document delivery

Dutch non-profit organizations can order publications from the WUR Library collection. We only handle requests from organizations that are registered at WUR Library. Please follow these instructions to set up a guest account or contact forum.library@wur.nl for further terms and conditions. The document delivery service is not available for external users without a WUR affiliation or for-profit organizations and their in-company libraries.

How to order

Log in to WUR Library Search with your quest account. Look up the relevant document in WUR Library Search, then click the Get it! button. On the next screen, choose the option Request this publication from WUR Library or Submit a copy or loan request.

Inter Library Loan (ILL) is not possible for non-profit organizations.

Delivery time

• Journal articles: within 5 working days
• Books: 2 to 5 working days

Ordering Special Collections

Special Collections offers collections of rare and old publications. It is possible to order copies of publications. You can also order digital reproductions of images in a high resolution. Note that for image reproduction special rates apply. For more info please read this FAQ.

Default delivery is by e-mail. Contact the Library in case you haven’t received any book or article after a week.
