Call for Open Access books from the Dutch Research Council (NWO)
Would you like to publish your book or book chapter Open Access? The Dutch Research Council (NWO) aims to stimulate the Open Access availability of academic books. Through a new funding instrument NWO makes 500,000 euros a year available for the Open Access publication of books that result from its funded research.
'Open Access Books'
'Open Access Books' is a continuous call that started on 1 June 2020 and will initially last until 2022. The total budget is 500,000
euros per year, with a limit of 10,000 euros per publication.
Applications for the call can be submitted throughout the year, while the budget lasts.
