Dutch Biotechnology Congres 2018

On Tuesday 22nd of May the Dutch Biotechnology Association held his yearly congress in Wageningen. During this congress chair Aldrik Velders could congratulate Prof. Jack Pronk with the 'Zilveren Zandloper'.

During the day, 170 proffessionals and students in the field of Biotechnology exchanged ideas and results. Inspiring talks were provided by both the keynote speakers and enthousiastic young researchers. Also from our own group, BioNanoTechnology, contributions were made by Vittorio Saggiomo, talking about a hand hald device to detect specific DNA fragments, and by Julia Krug who presented here work on Magnetic Resonance Imaging on bioactive granules.
