From 11 to 17 March – National Meat-Free Week: more meat-free meals in WUR’s restaurants and kiosks

This year between 11 – 17 March, the National Foundation Meat-Free Week will organise the second National Meat-Free Week. WUR will participate in this: in all of its restaurants and kiosks, students and staff will find a wider choice of meat-free meals.

Important research themes at WUR include the influence of eating meat on health, sustainability and climate. We also study consumer behaviour and preferences, and we are researching meat substitutes and alternative sources of protein.
