Gabriela Maciel Vergara wins Mauro Martignoni Award of the Society of Invertebrate Pathology

PhD student Gabriela Maciel Vergara was awarded the 2019 Mauro Martignoni Award of the Society of Invertebrate Pathology, July 29. This is the highest and most prestigious award for PhD students in invertebrate pathology. The award was presented to her at the joint SIP/IOBC congress in Valencia.

Gabriela is following a dual degree PhD program between
Wageningen University (Laboratory of Virology & Laboratory of Entomology) and the University of Copenhagen.
