A group of international scientists described the diet of the future in The Lancet. Prof Imke de Boer answers in De Volkskrant the question: how sustainable is this diet?

Little meat, lowest possible processed food, and a lot of vegetables, fruits and whole-grains is the way to eat healthy and save the planet by 2050, according to international scientists in The Lancet.
