Kick-off meeting of the ENTIRE project in Vietnam
On March 9th Judith van Leeuwen, Assistant Professor at the Environmental Policy Group and Jan Vreeburg, Associate Professor at the Sub-department of Environmental Technology, participated in the Kick-off meeting of the ENTIRE project in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam.
Within this project three PhDs will investigate the possibilities to reduce, re-use and re-source fresh water in 3 Industrial Zones in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam. These possibilities focus on both technological options as well as innovative governance mechanisms. The project will be executed in close collaboration with the Van Lang University, and several local partners, including the Industrial Zone Infrastructure Companies.
