My name is Liselot and I started as a researcher at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. Together with other researchers from the chair group Health and Society from Wageningen University, I will work on the research project “Engaging socially vulnerable adults through sports”.

I studied Human Movement Sciences at the University of Groningen. In 2008 I obtained my master’s degree. After my study I got a job as consultant and researcher at Sportservice Overijssel, where I still work as well. As researcher I conducted various researches/monitors, both at local and provincial level, like lifestyle monitors. The results can be used by municipalities as input for their policy. Besides my work as researcher, I am involved in multiple sports projects, the writing of local sports policies and the organization of network meetings.

During my free time I like to work out (fitness), take a (long) walk, travel and meet with family and friends.I look forward to work at this research project!
