Landscape panes from the Special Collections of Wageningen UR Library are exhibited at the Landscape Triennial.

On Saturday May 24th the Landscape Triennial will start in Park Lingezegen between Arnhem and Nijmegen. During the summer there will be activities on the subject of landscapes and parks on various locations, like art presentations, theatre shows, storytelling, excursions and debating sessions.

Part of the program is a number of exhibitions (in Dutch) , among which the exhibition ‘Landschapsplan Nederland’. For this exhibition on the Dutch landscape 7 exhibition panes from the Special Collections will be exhibited. On these panes, dating from an exhibition in 1985, the design tasks of the landscape architecture department of Staatsbosbeheer are shown. The designs date from the seventies and early eighties of the 20th century.

The Landscape Triennial will last until September 21st. Plenty of time to visit the recently realized Park Lingezegen.
