Dr. Evert van Schothorst gave last month an oral presentation at the first Food Bioactives and Health Conference (FBHC) held at the John Innes Conference Centre, Norwich, UK.

He presented recent data on quercetin action and comparing the effects using different dietary backgrounds.

The FBHC was scheduled adjacent to the EU-COST Action POSITIVe (FA1403; Interindividual variation in response to consumption of plant food bioactives and determinants involved) meeting, in which Human and Animal Physiology participates.
