QS Rankings: Wageningen world class in Agriculture & Forestry and Environmental Sciences
Wageningen University is the best European university in Agriculture & Forestry Sciences, according to the QS World Universities Rankings by Subject, published on 26 February 2014.

Just like last year, Wageningen University takes the first place on the European ranking and the second place worldwide on the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2014 - Agriculture & Forestry.
Environmental Sciences
In the subject ranking for Environmental Sciences Wageningen University also always scores high. This year it takes the 8th place in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2014 - Environmental Sciences. Last year, Wageningen was ranked 10th in the world in this field of science.
High scores in many rankings
The research and education of Wageningen UR gets very good reviews by many different institutions. The National Taiwan University, for instance, ranks Wageningen UR as best university in the world in Agricultural Sciences. And Wageningen has been bearing the title 'Best University in The Netherlands' for nine consecutive years in the Keuzegids Universiteiten, a guide that annually compares all Dutch universities.
