Seminar The Making of... Research Data Management Policy

All Dutch universities and research institutions are active in developing research data management policies and services. We organised a seminar on 1 December 2016, in Impulse. The goal of this seminar is sharing ideas and improving of collaboration on Research Data Management Policy development.

We all deal with the same questions and challenges. Buzzwords are FAIR data, Amsterdam Call for Action and Open Science. We aim at bringing together the university library directors, policy makers at the universities and research institutions, chairs of the research schools and members of the UKB Working Group Research Data and the Working Groups of the National Coordination Point.

The opening will be done by Rector Magnificus of Wageningen University & Research, prof. dr. ir. Arthur Mol. From WUR Library are participating Library director drs. Hubert Krekels and drs. ing. Jacquelijn Ringersma, Head Digital Production Centre.

This seminar is organised by the UKB Working Group Research Data, the National Coordination Point Research Data Management, together with SURFacademy. We hope you will all be there for a lively and fruitful discussion.
