Six-month extension of the license agreement with Elsevier
VSNU and Elsevier are still negotiating on a new license agreement. The current contract for the term 2016-2018, will be extended by another six months to give more time to negotiate.
During the ongoing negotiations with Elsevier a new contract including the Open Access component, will be discussed. The National Plan Open Science and the final Plan S guidance will also be considered. The current contract is public and can be found on the website Openaccess.nl. The new extension of the contract between VSNU and Elsevier will soon be made public.
