"The Political Economy of the Bioeconomy" - GJAE

article_published_on_label
December 1, 2015

Special Issue edited by Justus Wesseler, Martin Banse and David Zilberman
Volume 64 (2015), Number 4

The papers of this special issue address the two important aspects of the political economy of the bio-economy: dynamics and governance, from both a theoretical and empirical perspective. We hope this special issue will encourage colleagues to follow this line of research. As the contributions in this special issue of the GJAE show, we are just at the beginning of getting a better understanding of bio-economy economics and policies and certainly the political economy that will affect it.
