The magazine Foodpolis features an interview with Peter Oosterveer

This South-Korean magazine interviewed Peter Oosterveer about his book "Food, Globalization and Sustainability', co-authored by Professor David A. Sonnenfeld

The interview addresses many issues relating to food safety in relation to a growing world population, ranging from food flows crossing borders, the sanitary aspect of food processing and policy makers struggle to ensure food safety.
