The Health & Society Group (HSO) has a tenure-track opening for an innovative researcher and teacher in population health, the social determinants of health, and health promotion. If you are looking for an intellectually-vibrant and supportive environment in which to teach and build your research in the social determinants of health, Wageningen University & Research and the HSO chairgroup are the perfect place for you.
The Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) in Health & Society has the potential to deepen and expand HSO research and teaching along a number of dimensions. Some areas of particular interest include social inequalities in nutrition and the gut microbiome, health care as a SDOH, global one health, and the implementation sciences, with a focus on participatory and citizen science approaches.
