Wageningen researches ways to get people to eat more vegetables

The Dutch don’t eat enough vegetables. Last year, the Netherlands Nutrition Centre set the recommended daily intake of vegetables to 250 grams. Scientists from Wageningen research several methods to get people to eat more vegetables.
