Wheatis.org lets different types of wheat data talk to each other
There is a new website where different resources and standards for the wheat research community are brought together; wheats.org Is is dealing with genomic, germplasm, agronomic and other types of data.
The portal is a result of the Wheat Interoperability Working Group of the Research Data Alliance (RDA). RDA is generally concerned with high level standardization, but this website is a very tangible result. INRA and CIMMYT are on the driving seat for this working group. Check the portal at Wheatis.org
