AI for Research Software Engineering (AI4RSE) Workshop

We are pleased to invite you to the workshop “AI for Research Software Engineering”, organized by the AI4RSE research lab and the Information Technology Group at Wageningen University & Research (WUR). The workshop will take place on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, at the Wageningen Campus.

The event will bring together researchers, engineers, PhD candidates, and IT professionals (i.e., people developing scripts or models used for research) to explore the role of Artificial Intelligpence in Research Software Engineering. Topics will include use cases, project experiences, reproducibility, sustainability, and the use of AI tools in code development, testing, and maintenance.
